Spark plugs reading

How far off am I? These are ngk bkr5e plugs I just swapped in some bkr6e plugs.
440 10:1 tf 240 heads pump has 90 ethanol free.

I was taught coffee colored but others will chime in

These plugs have been in since I started, broke in engine and before I had it idling on the idle circuit properly. The carburetor is a 4778-8 700 cfm Holley dp stock jet sizes 69 and 78 rpm dual plane intake

I was told that the base of the ceramic is best to determine the color not at the tip by center electrode

Steve Morris said the best plug reading is to have the porcelain tan half way down.

It looks a hair rich, also, you went to a colder plug with the 6's. Heat range looked about right, 2-3 burn on the threads.
