Stop in for a drink.

Here's a good article on maturation of spirits. In the photo each barrel has been matured by 1 year. You can see the difference in color and the angels share lost to evaporation as it ages.

This has been my nightcap lately, smells and tastes like maple syrup or carmel. I normally don't buy blended, but damn its tasty.

Lucky bastard! Enjoy the fruits of your labor. I'm remodeling, so homebrew beer and ammo is all packed up for awhile.

Can't afford new beer!!! LOL :poke::lol:
I threw out some I brewed that didn't taste good. I stumbled across a quart a while back tried it, and it was de-licious. It needed to sit for a year to get good!

My son and son in law love craft beer. I tasted one they were drinking and it was foul. I think it was sea salt and horse piss

I have been meaning for years to make Meade and hard cider. I just need to do it. Meade takes years, my buddy has 12 year, oh man is it good!

My son and his wife collect whisky, I just found this one and got it for him. It's made in High River, Alberta.

It is named after the Liberators that flew from the High River air force base during WWII

Somber news, I just found out my best friends, best friend died. Sounds weird but he lived far away, we met one time and he and I thought we knew each other our whole life. The two days we spent together were awesome. I had this bottle, and he loved it. **** cancer! He beat it 3 times, strong MF! RIP Kent.

That's cool. I'm a rye fan and starting to get quite a few different ones.

We found a clear rye for my father in law. It was Iowa of all places. He said it was awesome. Like when a Xmas present goes well
