Stop on in for a cup of coffee!

Temps in the low 40's this morning. I can see why the snowbirds travel south in the winter. I'm getting to that age .

Or as my Dad would say "Colder than a well digger's *** out there" RIP.

I'm getting where the heat is hard on me....and hear that blood pressure meds can do that. I'm on a pretty low dose though.
Just glad it's not in the 100 degree range anymore.

Someone was asking about a chat room. Heck we already have one.

And you live in Texas. Not good. I think blood thinners narrow my comfort range for sure.

Besides, chat rooms can move really fast when there's more than a few people in it.....

SE Texas and fairly close to Galveston Bay. Just being close to the coast means more humidity which makes the heat feel even worse. At least I'm far enough inland to not have to worry about storm surge.....

The neighbors travel to Fla. for a month or two in the winter and have invited us along. My wife isn't done working yet. Ya she just retired (from the city)
The County want's her now.

Well I'll be...
Had no idea about this thread. 'Mornin fellers. On the second cup awaiting the coveted homemade biscuits and gravy.

The one that popped in my mind was over at dailyflix, which has been down for weeks now after sharing that link on the best revenge movies suspiciously enough. It spans the width of the page on PC at the very top of the forums page and times out if not active after about 15 min. It all depends on people's moods I suppose. Sometimes messages would be up there for weeks. It was only a humble thought, don't break out the tar and feathers just yet lol

Years past I've been in chat rooms that hardly moved and others that moved so fast it was hard to keep up. It was even harder when talking with more than a few people lol

I just replenished my Bubba cup. We had almost an inch of rain last night. 1st rain in 60 days cool 48 degrees and all them Canadians are crapping on everything. They are flying south early this year.

Thank you sir. They used to be our Sunday tradition before my grandma passed. We try to keep it alive every now and then.

Likewise. Yahoo chats were a nightmare back in the day and some Youtube chats aren't even worth the effort these days.
Which one (s) do you want?

It'd have to be the '69 RR with the hemi. Wish the price of wages kept up the same with inflation, whew! Be lucky to even get a running/driving car for that these days.

Lots of good ones there. 67 Corvette with a 350 horse 327 and a 4 gear? Sure, why not.

67 Formula S 4 speed for a daily Driver.

I'd have to add the 68 Shelby GT500, only 2,500 miles on that thing, and the 69 Chevelle 4/s w/ 396. Imagine if someone had bought that Shelby and put it in storage until today. Would easily bring over 500k I'd think.
