Ahhhh finally a well served/prepared tacos al pastor, purple onion, coriander ( cilantro), double tortilla, lime, the only thing I can't see is a well prepared hot sauce, but enjoy a little taste of Mexican heaven my man.

Not always you shouldn't not have trouble with good taco, it is the hot sauce that can kill you.

Ahhhh finally a well served/prepare tacos al pastor, purple onion, coriander, double tortilla, lime, the only thing I can't see is a well prepared hot sauce, but enjoy a little taste of Mexican heaven my man.

You can call it coriander all you like, it's still cilantro and tastes like soap to many of us. The rest of the meal sure looks tasty though.

I like Carnitas meat myself but have enjoyed the el pastor as well but definitely the red onions and cilantro and double corn soft shell with a lime squeeze make it. The place I go to also has a tomatillo dipping sauce on the side.

I agree, when I first tried the salsa at our Mexican restaurant it tasted like Dawn dish soap to me as well but after 4 or 5 times I grew to like it and the street tacos have tons of cilantro and I can't get enough of it now. Funny how taste buds change.

I'm sure it does, for you. I likely carry the OR6A2 gene, which modifies the binding of the aldehydes found in cilantro and changes the flavour to less fresh and bright, more squashed bugs and soap. I will use parsley and lime for my fresh and bright flavour.

I think it’s just the style of how it’s made w the 2 corn tortillas, out here in SoCal you can get street tacos without driving more then a mile in any direction
