What makes a street taco?

The type of meat used ( per region ) and really just the simplicity of the few ingredients making it a great grab and go snack.
Their version of a hot dog I guess but better for you although I love my dawgs !

What makes a street taco?

A street stand, a good, taquero, a good hot sauce made in the day, real corn tortilla, ( hand made preferable) the meat must be with grease not too much not too little, freshly chopped onions, a slice if lime, fresh cilantro and TO BE IN THE STREET!
really, here in Mexico the best tacos are those in a street stand, not in a restaurant, I don't know why, but that's the way it is.
