CP gas ported 4.502 bore and 15.4 compression pistons,lightened with a 4.625 callies crank giving me 594 ci. They are pretty sexy arent they?

That's one sexy motor. Similar to one I'll be building just a bit smaller at 572 but I'm going twin turbos. As far as 1100hp n/a either more cubic inches or nos if your a bug spray type guy lol.Or meth injection could help as well. How much hp your making now? What heads you planning on using? Course they are very expensive but those Indy predator heads would be so awesome to run and probably would make the hp goal.

SSR, Gas Porting is interesting.

I know Danny Smith had his SS/DA RO23 Hemi gas ported and it killed the HP. Picked up ring seal but the ring drag was sucking up more HP than the ring seal was creating . Now with that being said they're running a 426 S/S motor. Since your running a vacum pump I'm wondering if you need the gas porting?

I would like to hear Jacobs opionon on the gas porting.

i would think it would have to hurt.loose that negative pressure and stuff is harder to move.got a buddy who spent $10,000 on a set of heads because the owner of them guaranteed 12 hp over what he had.did the deal and got 16 hp on the dyno.god are we friggin sick or what?

That could be. Like I said Danny's motor is a legal SS/D motor.
