I love fish, especially salmon & in a sandwich it'd be great (or a soft taco)
some nice French bread
or maybe a rye
or better yet toasted sourdough bread
lil' tatar sauce & honey mustard
lil' iceberg lettuce or romaine
maybe a couple slices of pickle, bread & butter slices
for a spicey version, add some red onion slices

when I lived in Alaska I really acquired the taste for salmon
I've always loved fish

good for ya' too, as long as it's not in an area
where they have a bunch of mercury content,
like some of the older areas near runoffs (civilization)
where they've spawned for decades on end

people don't know what they are missing

You guys think that's bad...I used to have a coworker who would bring a tin of sardines for lunch and start snacking on them...plucking them out one-by-one and slurping them down. The smell was gawdawful.

Can't stand the smell of sardines....and especially so when someone puts them in the microwave!
