What were some different tires that came new on my 69 Charger RT, were there any radials. I dont even ting radials were out yet.

While your Charger didn't have a radial tire option, radials were indeed out there. Michelin X radials came out in 1946.
I believe f70-14" or 15" covered your options. With or without red stripe.

No I don't. I do know that in 1970 the 15" tires were GoodYear Polyglass, but can't say for sure if that was true for 1969.
If you go to Coker Tire and check for reproductions, they list Firestone for your year. I don't know how accurate they are, but they are well known for vintage style tires.
