According to the National Weather Service my area is under a tornado watch from Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore from now until 10 PM
Just a heads up for any one in the area

Been very lucky here last few times. Real bad weather just missed by a few miles. All you can do is be prepared!

If it looks like this outside we just go out and watch. If it's raining and storming real bad we head for the house. A rain wrapped funnel can get you. If it's a black wall of nasty, head for the basement. The black wall was a EF-5 years back. It destroyed the south side of Parkersburg.

You can see where one touched down briefly right along side route 72 between Chatsworth rd and Wells mills rd.

Got over 5 inches of rain here...Heavy flooding roads closed EVERYWHERE. Trees now falling.. Tornado hit south of us..

Raining like crazy right now with some gusty winds here in the NY/CT area. Power went off and came back on twice in the last two hours, really glad to have a generator. Forecast says its going to pass through by midnight. Probably be some trees down at some point, ground is saturated.

Mullica Hill in Gloucester New Jersey got hit hard

Called buddy down in Mullica last night, 1/2 mile from him; 4 "newer" houses gone, he had few branches down: haven't heard back from Dante (Dante's Mopar parts) yet.
