Transmission question

Hi Have a transmission maybe someone can identify for me. Casing numbers reads A-833, H-3, C99129, PP83728 0241. It has a 23 spline shaft. Looks like vehicle serial no. 9B8951241. Also have matching '69 Bell housing. Any idea of vehicle this was in. Approx. value?. Any help much appreciated.

Going off the VIN it was a 1969 something built in Hamtramk MI. Seems to be one too many numbers in the VIN sequence number. Is it the B body (long tail shaft) or A body (short)? Tranny value would heavily depend on condition.

The tail shaft from the start of the casing to the end of the shaft is 13", would that be short?
