That's a lot of negative caster, you might to want to be looking for some bent or worn parts first. Good luck.
 
Are the Ft. cams all the way out meaning bolts twords you?
Are the back cams all the way in?
Don't look like on the print out a caster sweep was done after the camber adjustment it has be be remeasured after any cam adjust at all
It would have chanded some with a camber increase.
Does your Charger have power or manual Steering?
Can you post pics of the cams where they are at?

Yhea They are all the way out in the front and the back maxed out for camber. No way they're going to get the camber and caster up with that.
Time for the offset bushings.
I put them in just in the front and used standard in the rear on my 68 Charger And also on my 340 Duster and Worked out Great although not really an issue on the Charger for adjustment.
I had 2 left over from the Duster and figured I'd just use them in the Charger
The Charger has a ton of adjustment for caster and camber with them in just the front of the arms and standard bushings in the rear.

So just put the bushings in the front then? I`m getting the ones ga66mopar suggested in the 2nd post from jegs. I was gonna get them for front and rear.
 
I would put them in front and back on yours with that mutch negative caster.
Being power steering you need at least 4 degrees more
That will pull the camber up really nice too.
 
If the front was adjusted all the out and the rears were all the way in, you'd probably get plenty of positive caster but how could your camber be? My 66 Belvedere responds very well to adjustments like that.
 
I`m not great at setting them up. Honestly, I wish I could find someone trustworthy to take it to and have it fixed right. Seems it is impossible. I wonder if that Jegs set has 2 or 4 bushings? My steering box was replaced and has slop in it as well and am going to buy a rebuilt one with a pitman arm installed or a new one with a pitman arm installed.

Years ago I had some problems with an alignment shop that was supposed to know how to do the older cars. I actually did a 'string and level' alignment and he said things looked pretty good except for my toe in. That sounded a bit strange to me since the toe is really the easy one but I told him to go ahead and adjust it. Man, driving home the car felt like it wanted to fall over on ever bump or dip so I checked it. It was toed in ONE INCH!! I've been doing my own alignment ever since.
 
What sorta rake does the car have? Does it sit a good bit higher in the rear?
 
Alright. That's a pretty good rake. There's a LOT of your caster reduction right there. If you can level the car out, you'll find your caster will go up. Way up. But, you need to drop the rear, not raise the front in order to make a difference in caster. Or of course you can install the offset bushings.......but it still may not be enough without lowering the rear.
 
Once you install your new upper arm bushings
Try to find a shop that does pretty much only front end and frame work
Chances are they have guys that know how to adjust cams
Cams and shims are an art to adjust
