Upper Radiator Hose

Help! I've researched/search this forum and others looking for this upper radiator hose. I'm looking for a number I can go into Napa/Auto-Zone/Advance/etc. I have what looks like this exact situation(see upper hose example picture). My upper radiator hose is just to the passenger side of the radiator cap, and I'm also using the 1966 and latter thermostat housing (see 64 PlyS-Fury 1 and 2 pictures). I have a 440 (493) in my 64 Plymouth S-Fury. Really don't want to use a universal fit hose. Never had good luck with those. Thanks for the help.

You need a 318 hose by the looks of it.

Sorry, did not see you have a center discharge. My numbers are for upper right passenger discharge.

If not, Oreille's auto has them. If you want I can sell you mine for what it cost me plus 2.50 for shipping? That beats it sitting on my shelf rotting away.

I had to take the hose to AutoZone,they let me see the wall of hoses and I found a hose that could use.
