I had it about 3 years ago. My wife read about the Epley Maneuver on the Internet, so we tried it ourselves at home. It worked for about a day, then I could feel vertigo coming back. I called my chiropractor friend, and he said to meet him at his practice. He did the Epley Maneuver differently than we had, and I have been OK since.
