Ok this much I know. 1969 satellite, 383 (maybe 4 barrel), four speed, two door hardtop. I wish I had a better pic. Maybe your screen is better than mine. Thanks!!

put a sheet of paper over it and rub a pencil over it.
the letters and numbers will appear much better than that pic you submitted.

A better chance of getting correct feedback if you do that.

If that's RH... E44=318 d31=904

B is a brakes, but i can't find 16.

V(W)1 H2X X9 + ?? high bench seat, black, something else black.

Sure looks like a 68 tag you can tell it's a 69 LR tag by the 9A in the upper right hand corner

Thanks guys. That's about all I came up with as well. The car's on the other side of L.A. and I'm in San Diego or else I'd get out the paper like mguesto said and do a rub. I think the 383 and the 4 speed have been added. sequence/serial number match vin on dash.
