Well after getting caught in a huge rainstorm, I decided to pull out the Runner and wash it. Then while I was at it, I cleaned the Charger as well. I know you guys are as big of picture whores as I am and I haven’t taken any of these two cars together since I switched the wheels on them, so I figured I’d snap a few photos before dark.

Nice to see another member post pics of their beauties........unlike some:screwy:

Explain the wash? a microfiber rag and some detail spray:D

Great pics, especially the yellow and black, killer.
I have been looking for the pics from a photo shoot that a buddy and I did back in the late 70's with my white 68 bird and his black 68 Charger.
I'll start a thread some day if I ever find them.

Haha nope actually the Runner was trashed so I gave her the old soap and water deal. Sometimes there’s just so many bugs in the radiator and front end, it’s inevitable. It gets driven a lot, so a few times a summer it needs it bad. I actually douched out the radiator from the inside to get the crap off the front of it. All the bugs and cotton wood in it was a mess.

Reminds me that other people need to show off their cars.

It's funny....the Runner looks black at night but its actually EE1 blue with metallic added. It was painted in 1990, so its worn a bit but still cleans up and shows pretty decent. Thanks man!

Awesome looking cars you have there. Love em.....

Pretty sure folks are sick of looking at mine. :)
Throw up the link for that video of you driving yours for us - I love that video for some reason!

Sorry, I see that now. I have always been a little "color challenged".

It's all good. Any 68 Mopar is my downfall. I love them all from that year especially. I am thinking of doing a 68 Dart next with a 6.4 hemi and a 6 speed manual trans.
