We got sheet metal for our build. There is a cool story with this one. When I found our 66 Charger I knew it needed a drivers side quarter panel and the channel behind it. I located a donor half car but it was sold before I could get to it. 6-7 months later I located the same half car for sale again. The guy that had it even delivered it to my house for a reasonable price. When he got to my house I had a BBQ lunch waiting as a thanks. Now we can pull the trigger on this bad boy. I hope to have it completed some time in summer along with our 67 Coronet. The Mopar gods have been good to us. Now it's time for my son to drill out some spot welds.

WOW . . . that looks kinda familiar to me . . . I bought a piece of a car similar to what you got there . . . here's my yard art . . .

After I unloaded it from my truck . . . could have made a pretty nice swing too ? ? ?

Good luck with your build ! !

Id like to be there if the cops ask about the rest of this if they pull up, lol, It does look kind of cool sitting along the curb!

It wasn't on the curb for long. My son stripped it down and we put it in the driveway. I found the Vin tag from the door jamb. We ran it through the DMV and it was clear. My son will be drilling out the spot welds this weekend. Now to find a roof skin for my 68 Dart. Got to love rust free metal especially when it's local.

Really looking forward to seeing a 1st Gen go together on here, beautiful cars especially the interiors.
