I'm kinda partial to these. The 70 Charger rear finish panel was obviously what influenced the taillights on the current Charger.

Taillights, first three are easy, 58 olds, 56chevy, custom 55 Chevy. A guess on the last, 56 Chrysler.

Wow, good guess .. guy in my neighborhood had a relative who had a black one .. guy was loaded ..the motor head kids (me) would stand around looking at in amazement .. thought someone cut two different cars up and put them together at home.

1957 was an excellent year for cars styling. I can't think of anything i dont like of that year. Wasn't there a museum back east that was 57s only? I seem to recall it closed and the cars auctioned off.

Dang ! Wasn't that auction right in the middle of the recession? Im guessing that seven mil would be worth double now. But even then, whodathunk a De Soto would bring a Quarter Million dollars? ?!
