What are your favorite instrumental songs?

This is called EV150 and E5150. different on the label and the jacket.

Either way...is it a reference to EVH?

Close the city and tell the people......

Maybe some of you instrumental fans can help me out-

I'm looking for a piece that I've heard almost my entire life and don't know what it's called.

When I was a kid (70's and 80's) I heard it a lot in films and TV shows, usually accompanying early or 1950's factory/assembly line footage.

Warner Bros cartoons used it pretty extensively- also in conjunction with factory/assembly lines.

Most recently, it was on Futurama. Bender (the robot) was whistling it while working. Obviously an homage to the above use.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Good GOD it's taken 50 years!

Part of a longer piece from 1937 that doesn't really sound like like the beginning or end goes with it.

Maybe Chopins Funeral March ? Seems like it was used in a few WB cartoons

Haha! The "Sabre Dance".....not only was he an Armenian cousin but my guys Primus used to play it during set change, getting ready to start their shows...when you heard it you knew they were coming on.
But of course, most folks probably recognize it from this--

I am a bluegrass fan along with many other genres. The seldom scene are now and have always been a favorite. The original lineup cannot be repicated or replaced. The new lineup is still fantastic
Check this out,not your typical bluegrass jam.
