What constitutes a "REAL" Charger

I'ld be happier if they made the new Charger a bit more performance orientated. I could keep the four doors, but just be hotter. Have ya driven a Caddy CTS-V? Fricken wicked.

That Caddy "starts at" $63,465 too
I'm just sayin

SRT-8 is no chump, especially considering you can pick up an '06/'07 for near 20K with LOW miles !!! CTS-V is bad *** though, just a little $$$

I am not saying anything about price points. I'm just saying...

I supercharged a customers 06 (?) CTS-V. It was fun before, but after, daaaannnggg.
Now they come with the LS9, which is something like 565 hp.

I like the new Chargers and the SRT's are pretty fun, but they're still Chrysler 300's with menacing grilles and big butts.

the new CTS-V is nuts ..... they put it up against AMG benz and it spanked it ! a hell of a grocery getter ..... my wife said thats what she wants, HAHA !! i told her she is as crazy as the car is !!!!!!

IMO, the new style charger is a disgrace as previously stated. They took a car that was originally a 2 door v8 car and made it a family car. Not to mention they look nothing like the old chargers. Now the challenger was a dream come true, it was based off the 72 body. Do some reasearch and you may find the original concept for the 2010-2011 charger. It was based off the 1970 Charger. It consisted of a 2 door fast back, LED Hideaway headlights, 70 style taillights, and was optioned to have either the new 6.4 HEMI, 6.1 HEMI, 5.7 HEMI, or the 4.7 or 3.5 for the base model. There was going to be 3 models, SRT8, RT, and SE. SRT8 was going to be a 6.4L HEMI with either a stick or autostick, RT was optioned with either the 6.1 or 5.7 HEMI with optional stick or auto stick, and the se was to have the option of the 4.7 or 3.5 with the autostick. The reason for changing the body back to reto style was due to the popularity of the challenger when it was released. here is a link to a pic of the concept that was thrown out.

I also was told about possible return of the Cuda and roadrunner and a 1 year limited production of a Superbird/Daytona style model all of with were thrown out. I recieved all my information from a Chrysler rep as i work for a former Chrysler dealership and occasionally run into the rep that was alwasy here.
