I replaced my horn relay.

The rear windows were not rolling down on my 70 Charger very well without a lot of help. So I removed the backseat and the panels, thinking I was going to need to install some new rollers on the crank mechanism. I ended up just spraying everything with WD40 and it worked like a dream. They roll up and down real easy now. I guess once and a while you get lucky. Now and I can return the roller kit back to YearOne and get my $70 back.

That Little Red A100 is awesome.

I have been pulling the old raggedy carpet out of my 65 Coronet 500. Revealing a bit of surface rust and a few holes here and there. Also, the seam sealer is all dried up. I know the floor should be replaced, but don't have the money to be going that far right now, 2 kids in college. So just cleaning things up, so I make it driveable. I'd like to clean this floor pan up as best I can without creating a lot of dust on the inside. The car has the original headliner still in and I really don't want to try to remove it. Can I just do some light sanding/grinding to remove the loose and flaky stuff and use something like por15 or some other so called rust converter paint on this? What would be a good way to seal off some of the holes, maybe some fiberglass over the holes to seal things up? Like I say it'll be several years before I can think about fixing all the metal properly. Also, do anyone know how those wiring covers come off, I like to pulled them and media blast them and paint them too. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions. Ken

Im welding in the new trunk pans on my 69 and had the 73 running some to move it where i can change the radiator and intake, weather getting better so outside stuff need's done and the shop i have will house one bird,, , not two lol Today they (township) graded the roads so... i expect rain :)
Looking for a fan shroud for my 73, i don't know if ill really need it with the new radiator but, if i can afford it!!!???

For the record, the 73 is not a real "RM" bird... For anyone new here...
 
Remounted coil in a better position. Have to make bracket for other mounting point on coil bracket.

Finished rebuilding the front end of my roadrunner, touched up the wheel wells and changed the oil. Planning on getting new tires and an alignment by the weekend.
 
Fixed a better connection to the negative battery post instead of going around and under the battery - straight to the post from the engine

Also routed some wires from the bulkhead under the car through the fender to tidy up the cables running along the inside fender. Sleeved all cables. Still need to fasten them when I'm happy with the routing.

Even though I have a baffle under the PCV, the carb still sucks in some oil so I installed a catch tank between the PCV and the carb.

Put tubes in the slicks on my old prostock car. Since I put new slicks on it.....they had to be aired-up constantly. No more.
