What did you do to your Mopar today?

POST-washing of parts. YUK!! Also interesting how options on car, added plates to switch-panel. Just stick one on the other... My car has a foot-pump for the washers.

Installed the "one-size, fits-nothing" defroster vents into the cuda dash today. I ended-up using my heat-gun to reshape the ends to fit the dash. Drilled my holes, and caulked the long sides, just so they don't heat and move, when used. It turned out great for generic crap. People wonder how it can take so long to build a car........

Nothing. I’m just glad to have it the driveway, uncovered so I can admire and fondle it.

Queen
Oh
The machine of a dream, such a clean machine
With the pistons a pumpin', and the hubcaps all gleam
When I'm holding your wheel
All I hear is your gear
With my hand on your grease gun
Mmm, it's like a disease, son
I'm in love with my car, gotta feel for my automobile
Get a grip on my boy racer roll bar
Such a thrill when your radials squeal
Told my girl I'll have to forget her
Rather buy me a new carburetor
So she made tracks saying this is the end, now
Cars don't talk back they're just four wheeled friends now
When I'm holding your wheel
All I hear is your gear
When I'm cruisin' in overdrive
Don't have to listen to no run of the mill talk jive
I'm in love with my car (love with my car), gotta feel for my automobile
I'm in love with my car (love with my car), string back gloves in my automolove

You are lucky enough to own a Cuda. Just be glad you can buy replacements.

Luck has nothing to do with the cars I've owned. This particular car was my mother's, who died and left it to me [so I guess that was bad-luck]. I've changed 90% of the car, and everything has been rubbed-on. I've had to fab a large percentage of the entire project. This is what I do. It's funny.... don't actually care too much about the cars, once they're finished.

Perhaps I used a poor choice of words but you get the point. You are in a very small group of Cuda owners. I am sorry about how that came about in your case and offer my sincerest condolences.

Always loved that song, and was fortunate enough to see them perform that live at Cobo-Hall/Detroit.......1975. Amazing show, from my distant memories.

Went out for a drive! It's been a mild winter so far, only 1 snow storm but mostly rain all year.

Billy bought a Duster! A sweet little '70 with a hot dual-carbed Slant 6 ... he already has plans for a Hemi. Thankfully HE finances this one lol.
Better pics later.

Thinking it was a "Honey, it's the right color too!" :asskiss:

Haaa!!! He doesn't have to suck up unlike some of the significant others ya all talk about. I think this one is Green Go or maybe Sassy Grass. It's a clean little beastie for sure though. The interior is mint. Couple little rust bubbles on the lower quarters and a small ding above the bumper.

I can't wait for the sexy photo shoot with you and Billy's Duster.

Tested my choke control module, found out it was bad, not a surprise for a 40+ year old electrical part, and ordered an NOS replacement for way too much money!

Picked up the stainless for the e-body, from my polishing guy. Gordon does awesome work, and is a great guy. He appreciates these vehicles and your business.
