What did you do to your Mopar today?

One last run of dimple died holes needed . . . in this location . . . but it already has existing holes . . .

And they don't match my 1 1/2" spacing for this size hole . . .

Hummm . . .

Math time to calculate the spacing to make it work . . . lay it out . . . and get 'er done . . .

Now just to finish up the other side ( the top picture ) . . . and the hood is done to match the trunk.

Really struggled and wondered HOW I was going to make this work with all the concealed spaces . . . but it worked out WELL ! ! !

Not yet, they're in the Remington box . . .

Here's the hood holes details:

65 - 1.00" holes - metal is .035 = 2.275" of solid 1" rod
32 - 0.90" holes- metal is .035 = 1.120" of solid 0.90" rod
60 - 0.50" holes- metal is .035 = 2.100" of solid 1/2" rod

all of the punched metal had a 3/8" hole drilled in it, and the 1/2" holes were drilled out completely, so the above should give a much better estimate of the weight . . .

65 - 1.0" holes . . . 2.275" of round stock - 5.98 pounds
32- 0.9" holes . . . 1.12" of round stock - 2.39 pounds
60- 0.5" holes . . . 2.10" of round stock - 1.38 pounds

Total 9.77 pounds ( almost 10 pounds ) *calculated*

I installed a couple of simple suspension upgrades on Montana, my 1990 Dodge/Cummins W250 yesterday...

I added a Roadmaster Active Suspension kit out back, and a heavy duty 1.125" ADDCO sway bar up front.
I liked the fact that the truck was already setup for an OEM sway bar as an option, predrilled and tabbed, ready to go. It made for an easy nut & bolt installation!

found the points closed, Use a little bit of emery paper and I got Spark. But I “m getting old. Kind of funny, I could not get the air cleaner lid back on over the stud.. A bit of cursing was Heard throughout the neighborhood
