What did you do to your Mopar today?

I would not want to live in the desert but it always makes a great backdrop for photos.

It has its drawbacks for sure. Mostly mid June thru late august or so.
The car will hibernate during that time.
But the rest of the year is amazing to say the least.

Except that awful spring pollen coating everything in sight. But that happens many other places, too.

Got my A/C Evaporator and Heater Core back today. Evaporator was in excellent shape and only had to recore the heater core. Now to finish up cleaning and rebuild the heater a/c box.

K frame / suspension assembly complete! On to the engine and transmission so they can go back onto it...

Besides getting into to much nonsense in another thread, I welded in the bracket for the center console and put down the floor insulation..in my 4 speed conversion...Im waiting for a new instrument cluster board and will be putting back that back in place....Im using those LED instrument panel bulbs....Parts I hope will be in tomorrow

Well I bought all new instrument cluster sockets for the LED bulbs.....I had problems getting the LEDS to work and the new sockets while they go in nice and tight to the circuit board many still won't work
The problem is coming out of the bulb is only one wire on each side....The original bulbs the bare wire is long enough and its bent in a "U" so it makes good contact
These bulbs I bought do not make good contact. Ive got about half to work but I dont trust they will continue to work once everything is back in place
The company I bought them from were good to deal with and so I returned them
Im going back with original bulbs and headed out there as soon as im done with my Sambucca and expresso, member Ironbuilt would appreciate that LOL!!!!!

I had a similar problem with some LED dash bulbs not lighting until a forum member told me to turn the duds 180 in the socket. It worked.

Hope this helps.

I had some issues trying LED tail/brake lights.

First ones were so hard to push and turn I broke one.
The other one did work after I finally got it in with a big pair of standard pliers.

Second ones simply didn't work.

After $40, I quit.

Maybe solder a strand of copper wire on the bulb connector. I'd do one and make sure it didn't mess the LED.

Aaron and I decided to relocate the wiper motor under the dash. And have a complete smooth fire wall for the Hellcat.

A few days ago I drove around the south side of Moore and drooled over some nice homes I cannot afford. Almost all of them had a metal garage/shop in the back with 15-20 foot ceilings; some had lifts.

Came home and washed the dirt that the tires kicked up behind the wheels. Then tucked her in for another week or so.
