What did you do to your Mopar today?

Put the race tires on and got it ready for the track tomorrow.

Went to a local show, well attended by the Mopar Faithful, saw one of our own get some recognition for his work. Hey Mitch, I guess blackmailing the Judge might not be a bad way to go! Gonna add that to my bag of tricks while attending some of these local "GM Lovefests"!

Brought it to a local cruise today and got this :headbang:.... shocker cause my car is more go than show, but it was drawing a lot of attention today for some reason. There were about 35 cars there. This is my first one! P5041839.jpg

Took mine up this morning and dropped it off to have a new vinyl top installed. Ya, I know its a C-body but its still a MoPar!

Scored this factory rear sway bar, complete with mounts and U bolts at the local JY for $20.

Look what was for sale in their parking lot...

Congrats !! Mopar Dominance... LOL...

Finally finished installing all my stiffening components!!! The Bee has US Car Tool frame connectors, fully welded K member with gussets, fender braces, and a lower radiator support. The discoloration on welds is because I was running out of welding gas but will clean up easily.100_0235.jpgView attachment 117661View attachment 117663

The gold '65 Satellite was REALLY nice;I dig the color.

Finally got er running after 7 months of tinkering. Cut off the old Flowbasterd 40's and clamped on (for now) some 3" Summit turbo mufflers. They sound really good! (Especially for like $35 each). Finished up my first ever DIY front end alignment and she's almost ready to roll. Now I need to tackle the leaky passenger rear axle and leaky pinion seal and I'll be set.

touched up places that were bugging me, detailed the inside and noticed that the drivers side drip rail trim had a few more dimples than I would like. Since the car has a new vinyl top I am not sure I can replace, does anyone know?

It's Friday, so I'm driving it to work.

Last weekend, I put about 150 highway miles on it chasing parts.

God, I LOVE that car!
