What did you do to your Mopar today?

More trunk work, chasing pin holes in the body work around the tail lights and the last of the work needed under the trunk itself. Will flood the inside of the trunk lid with fish oil which should see me rust free there for a long time.

Working on her daily. image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Fish oil? Really? Never heard that one.

I can imagine a group of cats trailing you where ever you go.

Well, today I made a mini me as I do with all my cars and not 10 minutes after taking these pix, I blew the rear end :(

Managed to get her in the shop and on the lift, but found a not so sweet spot where I can spin the DS and go nowhere

My shop is filled with fleet work and I can't tie up my lifts this week, so I'll most likely take it to my buddy's tranny shop down the street and have him deal with it.

Put a couple hundred miles on it. Glad I put that aluminum rad in it. Bout 15 miles of stop and go in 90* heat. Temp moved up but she didn't overheat. Carbs a little lean; time to go back in and fix that.

Took it to a GTO sponsored show. Black Cuda-best mopar, red demom sun roof car-best of show, purple Challenger took a trophy also (to bad it's a trailer queen) 502 merlin chevelle next to my car is my buddies. Sorry to hear about the carnage, cool looken' ride & keychain thou..., Good Luck

Lots of irons in the fire but yesterday, i really did need to go put gas in the old thing!, touch dusty sitting out there under a tree now :) Great looking cars sublimegtx!

Nothing really...except burn through 2 tanks of gas, (like I do EVERY weekend). The 440 does need to be freshened up though...I do have all the parts, just need some motivation!.

Added the billet aluminum flex o lite overflow tank, hopefully I will get the electronic ignition plugs and wires installed next weekend.

I stripped all the factory undercoating off using a propane torch, putty knife and wire brush. Not fun.

Installed my aluminum dash into my car finally. Always one step closer to firing up. Next is start all the wiring. Took a bit to get the dash to side in being a universal one from s&w race cars.

Not a dayum thing. :D

But I did spend over 10 hours finally updating my website (like a year's worth of new work and some of the amazing feedback). If you've never checked it out, you'll probably see things you never imagined, and will probably recognize a few of your friends' cars or parts.

Even after a few hours' sleep, my shoulders are still killing me**. I'm not much of a sitter. LOL

Keep up the fine progress gang!!! You're ALL an inspiration to me.

** << I'm willing to trade a decent shoulder rub for custom powder coating LMAO >>
