What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Maybe. I have 7 years to go before I'm that age. I find that if I lounge around too much I feel sluggish and everything hurts. If I stay busy I sleep better and feel better. Forgot to add that I chucked 30 bales of hay out of the hay loft and then carried them into the room I cleaned out and stacked them. lol.

Show off! :poke:

Took my near new Makita 18V drill into the repair shop. :(

Weeks later I'm still playing, a few hours most days, but I'm almost there.... Of course with Covid going on I'm having a hell of a time sourcing the correct thickness of plastic film (even with me co-owning a plastic injection moulding company), but have a least proved to myself I can probably pull it off from the mould I've built, curved and all. Back to the lab...LOL

Put the engine hoist together.
Bought the low priced one from Harbor Freight couple months ago. Looks to be decent quality for the money.
It’s first job will be to remove the outboard from my old Whaler. It ways about 265 pounds, to heavy to
Be muscling it around.

I pretty much stay busy but after that dang freeze, it took be a bit to 'recover' and get back in the groove again. I do take more breaks these days but if I over do it, that's when my back lets me know.

What do you think it is. I'm at a loss lol.....
I was thinking maybe he's trying to build a quality slider for the side glass, the one that goes in the vent window channel?

I just now fell on my *** in the mud room, on carpeted concrete. Pulling my muck boots off and had my left foot in the boot jack and my right foot on the jack tail, but, not on it enough. I pulled my left foot up and backwards I went. lol. Landed on my tail bone and left elbow. Took some skin off my elbow but other than that I'm okay. My *** will hurt in the morning though....Jesus, did I just say that? LMFAO!!!!!!

From a length of 'Clear-lite' corrugated roofing.

Today was a slow day....

Made breakfast for both of us, cleaned up, worked on puzzle, did barn chores, cleaned and organized tool box, made a list of sockets & Allen wrenches I need to replace, pressure washed my truck my car and my wife's SUV,
met a CL buyer to hand off my 727 to him, made lunch and cleaned up, went to town and got a hair cut and bought groceries and a cookie from the French bakery. Put groceries away and now here I am..

It's like the first day that it's been nice out and warmer. Trying to soak up as much fresh air as I can,...

Ha! Fed several hundred head of cows and yearlings. Weather's been decent since the cold temps a couple of weeks ago. Ate lunch w/ my sweetheart and walked down to the shop. Warmed up the CAR on the 100yd. gong/frying pan.(It amazes me how those 5.56 rds. don't even make the pan swing.) Looked at the SBee project on the twirler and thought, not today at 46 degrees, tomorrow will be warmer. Bringing in firewood, I thought, " ya' know this Country is REALLY messed up right now, inside I've been angry and frustrated for about four months, but there's still a lot of great things around me each day and for that I'm thankful.
