What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Englishmen drink warm beer because Lucas made refrigerators too!
That was my reply if someone asked for clarification.
Decades ago I saw a bumper sticker on the rear of an Austin Mini, it asked "Why do Englishmen drink warm beer? Because they have Lucas refrigerators!"

Last coat of paint on the front bumper of my wall art and it's done. Mount the bumper and hang it on the wall, hopefully today.

TR-6 is my wife's second choice classic.

...after a 65 Barracuda with a manual trans.

Drilling the 10 holes for the lift install. This was flat out the hardest concrete I have ever drilled. Burned up a new double cut bit and finally had to resort to a quad cut, and it was still a PIA. What should have taken a couple of hours at most (allowing for the drill to cool), ended up taking two half days.

I've been working on and off for well over a year to find replacement options for 2 oil burning furnaces at the church.
Signed a contract over the summer for 2 new propane commercial furnaces.
But the oil tanks were both filled last spring so I negotiated a deal for them to come and do the replacement sometime this winter when a tank gets low on oil.

We decided to buy/install a 1,000 gallon propane tank in ground to avoid crossing tbe driveway with the supply line.

My son dug the hole and a couple local guys helped when we set the tank this week.

I got it done. I didn't round the corners on the front bumper because it wouldn't have matched the back. There was no way I was about to redo the back for an obvious more real look. I can atleast identify the year of truck it should be and it's the grill on those years I really like, a lot!! It's just for fun.

Rearranged the garage from summer to winter.

Summer (well the snowblower is usually in the shed but I used it last week):

Winter: motorcycles up in the workshop on battery tenders, Charger against the back wall on a tender.

I've never seen a propane tank buried around here Don. They are all above ground.
