What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Finished my light yesterday. I put it in my office.

Spent all day cooking.
Dinner was great, with
ham, sweet taters, mashed
taters/gravy, home made
stuffing, green bean
caserole, with a cherry pie
and whipped cream for
desert.
(sent the son to the store
for the ham)....
20 lbs....got enough ham
to last 'til next Christmas...
With only 5 munchin'.
Grilled ham & swiss,
ham and great northern
beans, ham & eggs.
Lesson learned....never,
ever, send someone to
the store who suffers
from combat related
afflictions.

Slice up the ham, put it into containers and stick it in the freezer if you have one. The local grocery store put their spiral cut hams on sale for 97c a lb and bought an extra just for that. Thought about going back and getting another but didn't feel like doing all that again lol

Thanks, Cranky.
We've done just what you
have suggested. Ham sliced
up and stored in the freezer.
It's still a ton of ham.....

Yup, it's a lot all right. I sliced up the leftover ham from Thanksgiving and then bought another just to slice up shortly after TG....but both the wife and I like ham. We probably eat too much!

+2 on the jalapeno
cornbread, but the wife had
the rolls ready to go since
yesterday.
Damn, I'm stuffed for two
days in a row, now. Those
were some down right
delicious beans and ham.

Prepping to patch some drywall and then paint the living room and kitchen.

YAY.

Ready to be mounted to the plywood, and then the edges get trimmed and ground smooth with a dremel. After it's all cleaned up, the edges get painted black.
