What is this? I forgot to label it!

I took it off the car, then got a daddy/husband/come here request, and it went into the corner with my headliner rods (those are easily identifiable and even the location they go because I didn’t get a demand). It’s a little over 3 feet long and I believe it came off the rear or front of my’71 Dodge Charger SE project. Once identified I will catalog and mark it. Luckily it doesn’t seem to need restoring!

I believe that is a reinforcement plate for the front bumper. See in the photo I found in my shop manual. It shows on the right side about middle edge of photo.
