Dayam!! A good SureGrip will be pretty tight. Even with one wheel on the ground and the other side up and with the trans in neutral, you will have to grunt to turn the wheel that's up in the air....and I mean grunt. If it turns without much effort but still has a decent amount of resistance, it's probably a SureGrip but needs attention.
My new-ish 8 3/4 punkin had to pass recent SureGrip inspection:
