Where did you and your car go today

I love looking at reflections of my car in windows.

Hey-O when you are out driving around have you ever stopped at Kreis steakhouse? It is expensive but the steaks are unbelievable
I don't, but I have friends that do and they love it. One of my go to restaurants that's close to the house that serves great food is Lewis and Clarks. They're proud of their food too, expensive, but they all are anymore!!

Drove from Holley, NY to Wellsville, NY yesterday. About 100 miles. Broke the fan/alternator belt in downtown Wellsville. Alternator seemed seized. Called the local parts stores, no replacement alternator. Let things cool down for a bit, and the alternator freed up and seemed good. Walked a half- mile to Bokman Chevrolet where the parts person ordered me a belt from the local NAPA, which was 1 1/2 miles away. They delivered it , I put it on, all good and charging, drove the 100 miles home . Happy ending.

The thing about cars, like most things, they are going to break down, the question is where. In the driveway would be nice, in the garage next to the toolbox, by the phone!!! Like that's going to happen....

I saw some of those prices at the store the other day, told my wife, they better get a guard over here. Pound for pound, I think my car was cheaper to buy!!!

Kreiss' has changed.
The prime rib is half the size from a few years ago. The small cut was big enough to eat only half and take the rest home. A few years ago we went and were shocked at the difference. The service seems off a step or two, also.
Even my friend's mom, who used to go there often enough to be known by name back then said she wouldn't go back.

My son and daughter-in-law are flying to Vegas today for a long weekend. I was up at 3:45 to go stay with the grandkids and drop them off at school. Macy wanted me to bring the old car I love how much both kids enjoy the Plymouth.

Maybe some of us will get lucky and the interest in old cars will only skip one generation.

Drives my wife nuts, I’m always looking for a car for my 11 year old grandson. He loves Rancheros and BMW Isettas.

My car, if it's still around, is willed to a friend of my sons. He was a gear head years ago, Dakota R/T 360 supercharged, custom top to bottom, front to back. If my car is gone, he gets enough money to buy any Mopar he wants. I'm hoping to keep things moving forward. He and his wife only drive Mopar, fun car 2009 Charger R/T and each of them drive a 3/4 ton dodge diesel. She drives a 2006 White with a 126,000 miles on it, looks like new and he drives a 2020 Black loaded up beauty. I'm doing my share!!

My bronze Charger went from one garage bay to the other in preparation for some major surgery. On the car, that is.

Hell cat engine would be sweet, but that's the end of the car as you know it. Those are big moves, in my opinion. Mine was just an old Coronet with nothing left to lose.

I drove 110 miles to go to a car show with my good friend, @Thunderlugs
The weather was picture perfect and we had a great time.
