Where did you and your car go today

Well ya won't catch my Wife doing that, she knows where to rest her foot as well..... unlike so many people I've meet along the way that like to cook throw out bearings. Damn 0.5 focus makes her look thick though.. LOL

The Datsun and the Saleen both had a dead pedal and she knew when she wasn't clutching that where her foot went. Anyone one can learn to shift, miss a gear here or there, but learning to use a clutch needs to start on day one. You two are great!!

Just a parts run, and a little carb tuning

Took it to Cars n Coffee this morning.
This Matador was in the local Craigslist last year when I was searching for a B body, I was tempted.

To three parts stores to chase parts for other vehicles (fuel leak on cummins, copper washers for a banjo fitting; 3 tries for the right steering stabilizer for the Wrangler but finally got the right one!). 2700rpm at 80mph...this thing just cruises! Not a rocket off the line, but I'm too old for that **** anymore (and if I feel the need, I have a 400lb, 160hp motorcycle that'll do just fine).

One of these days I have to pull and rebuild the power steering box in the Charger...it's leaking something fierce...
