where to get pinion repair sleeves?

Anyone know where to get pinion yoke repair sleeves where the pinion seal rubs on my yoke its pitted and i need a repair sleeve but I'm having a hard time finding any. I have a 742 case and the outside diameter of the yoke where the seal rides is 1.875"

I would think you can find them at the local parts store, you could also bring that with you and buy a new end yoke at your local driveline shop
