I realize this post is a few months old.I have a 1970 Road Runner with a stroked 440 in front of a Tremec 5 speed. I'm trying to figure out which headers I should order. What brand and type do you have and how well do they fit and perform?
If you have photos, that would be great to see any clearance issues.

I run 2 sets of custom made headers.
Equal to, or just a tad more, than
anything "off the shelf" as far as cost.
Have one set on a CJ7/360 and one
set on a custom tube frame '40
Plymouth truck with a 440. The ones
on the Jeep are almost 30 years old
with zero issues. The ones on the 440
are brand new. The flange thickness
is what you need to watch out for.
3/8" minimum.
