I have a street-strip 66 Coronet all steel car (close to factory weight) with a 440 450 HP, 11 to 1 compression, Trick Flow 240 heads, 727, 2800 stall converter, 4,10 gear 10 inch wide 28 inch tall slick, battery in trunk, 150-200 HP nitrous plate system I spray in high gear at track. I live in a rural area and don't drive the car on the street a lot but like to be able to drive on public roads in the summer. Live about 5 miles from a nice track and drive the car to the track on race nights. On a well prepped track car hooks well. At tracks with no prep not so great. Looking at installing SS springs, not sure if I should replace whole stock spring pack or keep the stock main leaf and add SS spring pack to my main leaf. Also, Car has Lakewood 70-30 shocks on the front now and one is leaking so I will replace. Should I go with 90-10 or 70-30 front shock? Any input would be helpful. Thank you!
