Who knows about this?

This is an increasingly small world for our hobby, screw just one person on purpose and your doomed. I know he has been on this site quite a bit lately, same one that got some Superbird stuff ripped off I think. To bad, Maybe what comes around allready went around. I am sorry to hear this.

A few things I've had to 'relearn' lately....if you use the post office, never ship without getting a tracking number or a delivery confirmation and over pack the parts. Not sure if the box came apart but after 3 weeks, the person I shipped to says the parts haven't showed up yet. Also, if a deal sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I got a set of forged pistons w/rods not too long ago for a really good price. Well, the rods were junk and he knew it because he shipped them with no caps so all I did was pay for the extra weight.....and the pistons look like sheet too.

I don't see as much as I used to but I always tried to do the right thing and never had any problems shipping parts but have got a few things that were not quite what the seller said. Also, packaging is sometimes not very good. Got a box of expensive transmission parts and I don't see how it made it here because the packaging wasn't suitable for anything and was all torn up. Another thing I've noticed is when the economy gets bad, people who are not usually shady will do shady things in order to make a buck....
