Well after all the Tornado s in WI last weekend

What a mess - Couldn’t even imagine if that system would have come through this week

We survived EAA aircraft in GRB this week pretty good - Worked with about 200 - 300 customers flying in this week in GRB at my FBO

Now I get to spend the day at the EAA in Oshkosh today and see what’s going on outside of work

Great picture.
Always loved ww2 aircraft. Read a lot and watched every documentary about the war in general. Was not aware of any pilots that flew in Europe and the Pacific. Must be a few that shot down German and Japanese aircraft.

Some pilots that were shot down in Europe and managed to escape capture with the help of resistance fighters weren't allowed to return to combat in Europe because of the fear that, if they were shot down again and captured, they could betray the resistance. In some cases, those pilots were transferred to the Pacific.
