The Americans had captured this German Junkers Ju-87G at an airfield near Pilsen, Czechoslovakia in May 1945

According to 'my expert', probably a B-26 Marauder, could be A-26; but probably not. He scrutinized the pic very hard. Air intakes, landing light hole on wing. I don't argue with him!!! Never saw that pic before; Canada,Iceland, Greenland? Very interesting, thanks.

Anyone know the story on this
It's from a National Geographic article on the Arctic in 2019. I found the picture in a Brazilian edition and translated the Portuguese caption for it as:
Canadian soldiers climb the wreckage of an airplane, about 1,000 kilometers south of the North Pole, to explore the region during an Arctic survival course on the island of Cornwallis. As the Arctic warms and tensions rise over its future, the armed forces of Canada and the United States are stepping up operations in the region.

So, looking up aircraft wrecks on Cornwallis Island, Nunavut, I found this which seems like the same plane.

If that is indeed the wreck, it corresponds to this article about a crashed Fairchild F27 https://www.baaa-acro.com/crash/crash-fairchild-f27j-resolute-bay
