Sort of fat and ugly, IMHO, but an engineering marvel none the less. I hope to get the opportunity to go onboard and check one out personally one day.

I just read a blurb that American Airlines purchased 20 of these with options for 40 more.
Those quantities sound a bit unrealistic to me.
85 first class passengers at mach 1.7, legit or B.S.? Anyone see this before?
I've not heard of them or anything about the company "Overture".

Yea they sure were, when I was underneath the front wheel well bay it still had the smell of old grease.

Sorry to bomb your thread, but it looks like a good place to ask... I'm building something and am looking for suppliers other than Spruce for 1/8th inch thick composite with 1/8th honeycombs. Their price would work, but shipping for a 4x4 sheet is over $150.
