I can't remember nomenclature of American counterpart, but they are all variants of the B-57 aren't they?
Yes, the Martin B-57 is a licensed copy of the English Canberra. While flying a model over to the US for evaluation in 1951, they grabbed the record for the first transatlantic non stop jet flight. In 1955 the British flew one to an altitude record, 65,889 ft.

However the CF-100 Canuck has nothing at all to do with these planes, being a fighter of completely Canadian origins.

Yes, B-57s
we had 2 here at Edwards AFB but I think they were NASA birds
They would fly with us when we did ICBM Re-Entry vehicle telemetry....as the MRVs were re-entering the Earth's atmosphere
The B-57s would take pics of the "Plasma attenuation" plume and we "grabbed" the telemetry.....

This is one at Edwards AFB a couple of years ago.....

What is the second pic?

It looks like a bunch of houses and roads, but this darker patch is camouflage - Boeing's aircraft factory covered up to make it less of a target during the second world war.

Had the Blue Angels flying over my office all day practicing for the air show at Seymour Johnson AFB. So low I could have thrown a rock and hit them. Almost all the other planes will practice tomorrow. Don't think much work will get done. We have VIP seats for the show Saturday from the department of commerce. It will be my 6 year old son's first air show. So excited! He is going to have a blast!

The Big E..The USS Enterprise, the most decorated ship in US Navy, on it's way to be cut up.

The second pic?
Im confused now Jimi,
The small one looks to me like the Canberra B-57
The BIG pic?
Hmm, I posted it but I'm not sure

So is it a Boeing 707, a Douglas DC-8 or a Convair 990(often referred to as a 'Japanese 707')
The uniforms are vaguely familiar, but i can't think what airline it is.

Could be a 707 with that "overwing" door
We flew on the 135s and the 707s
The 707s have that overwing door on each wing
The DC-8 didn't have the "overwing" doors

The big one is also a Martin B-57. It's in the Goleta Air and Space Museum, the pointy nose was described as holding special data sensors.
http://www.air-and-space.com/20031025 AFFTC Museum South Base.htm It's near the bottom of the page.

At least it has an easy to read number. This one flies again. http://www.globalaviationresource.com/v2/2013/08/10/nasas-new-wb-57-n927na-flies/
