It doesn't look black and white, but the B-70 makes the SR-71 look tiny.
Hard to believe this is a shape from the 1950s; the design was approved in 1957 when North American Aviation won the high speed bomber competition against Boeing.
Less than seven years later, it was built and ready to go. This is the day of its first flight in September 21, 1964.
