Before its ill fated flight, the Hindenburg offered very luxurious air travel. Unhampered by space restrictions like a conventional airplane, the spacious lounges were extremely luxurious. Also much quicker than surface ship travel; traveling from Germany to Brazil took three days.

The day's dining usually began at 8am with a breakfast of eggs, Frankfurter sausages, ham, salami, cheese and bread rolls, as well as fruit, honey, butter, preserves and tea or coffee. Later meals often included luxury ingredients such as caviar and featured many classic French haute cuisine dishes, like clam soup, beef in Madeira sauce and ice cream bombe.

Equally popular was the Hindenburg's bar, stocking 250 bottles of wine for each voyage, as well as the usual mixes and beers.

Where is Anson, in Texas? Weird that I don't see any car newer than about 1954 on that street.
yes, sorry for not clarifying. You have a point there on the cars and date not being correct

Anson is believed to be an inspiration for the “Footloose,” there was a “no dancin in Anson” law since the 40s, only being lifted for their annual 3 day December dance, I think it was in 1986 or 1987 they successfully lifted it

Before being in The Monkees, Mickey Dolenz played the part of 'Corky' in the 1956-1957 television show 'Circus Boy'.

Taken in 1965, Neil Young and The Squires pose beside their 1948 Buick Roadmaster hearse. Lots of room inside for packing touring band equipment. And it was cheap.
