Who's buying power ball tickets..

That is correct. I saw some Common Core math grad's posting on that FB thing that said $4.3M per person in the US - "Poverty Solved!", he proclaimed! If that were split among 300 people, yes. But 300M? $4.35.

IF.......I were to win this jackpot....

1. I'd take care of my friends and family first....
2. Buy myself a few toys and trinkets...and a very nice acreage with the whole-sha-bang garage and stuff.
3. Start a high school vo-tech program for the skilled trades.
4. Start up a business incubator for the graduates of the vo-tech school

IF......a dog weighed a ton.....he'd weigh 2000 lbs. That's a BIG if..... LOL!

I got a whole $4.00 ridin on this! HA HA HA

Sonny is taking his best friends to Hawaii.......

& relax for a few weeks & think about what to do with it....

first on my wish list.....
*go over and kick Zuckerberg 's ***!

* buy all my neighbors homes within a 2 block radius...

* start work to establish a "Sonny" Philanthropy foundation for the WORKING POOR.

keep my business and work it part time.....never leave the USA...and vacation only in the USA!

I purchased 1 ticket

I laid out a few bucks just for fun. Pretty much the first time the wife and I ever put out any powerball $$ other than a few office pools. The thought of winning $1.5b is rather daunting. But we'd figure it out. Lots of philanthropy. Our lifestyle probably wouldn't change that dramatically - we're pretty simple people.

If if would be fun I think working up a foundation to give $$ away. At least I think it would......

Certainly my relatives from France and Russia will be coming out in the old farm truck

Would $1.3B buy a state? I'd have to start my own little dictatorship on an island somewhere.

Could probably get detroit for that much. I would try. I would buy detroit, secede, create my own city state like vatican city. I would be the pope, and return the city to its former glory. I would make it the most business friendly place on the planet.

It's different in Canada; if you win a lottery or money from horse races or gambling it's considered non taxable.
