Will a 1974 4 door Satellite deck lid fit a 1973 Road Runner?

Please help if you can. I would like to know if the 1974 4 door deck lid is interchangeable with the 2 door model. I know that the 2 door models from 71-74 interchange with a difference in the locks. Thanks in advance for your help.

Nope. All the 71-4 4-door bolt on body parts are different than 2-door. Fenders, hood, d-lid, bumpers, etc. are all different.
