Will a mechanical fuel pump support a 1/2" inch fuel line- from stock tank

Can i run a 1/2" fuel line from a stock tank and would a high volume mechanical fuel pump be sufficient

Before I go to far here ... why do you want a 1/2" fuel line with a high volume pump? Does your engine really NEED that much fuel?

Yeah. A good mechanical pump will be fine.

the 1/2 lines were already installed when i got the car , i dont want to hear the electric pump ,I had one in my stroker and it was annoying

Then run a gerotor style electric pump and a return line. Quiet as a mouse.
