For me Christmas has come early. I just got Edy 84cc rpm heads, comp double roller timing set, Lunati Voodoo513/533 hyd cam & lifters & gaskets.
The only problem is I have a bunch of honey do's I have to get done before I can spend time with my toy.
New bathroom
3/4 of the house in hard wood floors
ETC.

Ahhh life. Be grateful it's not a kitchen.

I'm hoping to get my coronet on the road for spring ocean city car show if the money holds up I have a long way to go.I"ll keep pluging along with my small garage and being cramped What a hassel it is when you get older I wish I had a lift too.Dave L

Budnicks if I didn't get separated last January my winter to-do list would look a lot more like yours!! We always had landscaping projects on the go

Yeah, I can relate... I've been wanting to do this for a while now, like 6 years & still allot of work to do yet too... I think Pops overdid it trying to hump bricks, every once in a while, when my back was turned, just trying to help me, ol' ex contractor stuff, he taught me allot when I was in HS, I kept having to make him stop, he's an ol' trooper, still thinks he's a young buck & after all that's happened today, I'm really glad I did stop him now....

I've been eyeing a beautiful dodge dart swinger for sale in kind of a ghetto neighborhood. If I hadn't just bought my long term project I would be on it like crazy. The car is stripped down to the shell "painted" with the engine already painted and finished up. The guy is selling real cheap, so I may actually take him up on his offer after the Christmas season wraps up

Doing my front end upgrade and laughing my *** off at Rob Ford. Pity poor Toronto.

My winter project is to learn how to re-build a 46re trans for my truck. My truck is older, and I want to have a solid trans for towing. So I plan on going on you-tube, and all the other sites to learn how to build a H.D. 46re over the winter. The plan is to do it for under $400 in parts. Using a non-damaged (worn is OK) core, re-build kit, and up-grades.

I want to finish up my Charger project, so I can enjoy it when spring finally hits. With two kids now in college, the repaint and bodywork may have to wait till next winter...lol.

Intalling power windows in my 69 RoadRunner, along with new door panels. For my GTX getting the legendary vinyl top installed and the hood black outs redone.

I'm going to start cleaning up the 65 Coronet 500 that I bought a year ago. Just need to get it to "driveable condition". Son's a junior at Kettering and my daughter is a High school Senior with plans to get a master's. Lot's of college to pay for, not much left for the car. Need to redo the brakes & lines and fuel system, as the car has been sitting for 20 years. Been waiting for my brother to get me some time on his lift, but he always has work lined up. Just gotten crawl on the garage floor and start working on it.

Replacing my Torque converter, installing new aluminum radiator, moving batt to the trunk, installing frame connectors....

I'm going to pull the 727 from my 69 roadrunner and get the torque convertor freshened up and I would like to get one of the RT Garage Rev-N-Nator ECU's and installed too.

You won't regret installing the Rev-N-Nator unit in your car. I have installed 4 of them now, and all cars (inc trucks) are running better than ever. Show some progress pics when you are done. If you need help installing, Troy at the R/T Garage is always willing to offer tips and advice if you need it. You can also PM me here if you need help.

Try to finish my HO model railroad.

Great looking model railroad Bernie :headbang:

Hoping to complete all of the body work on the front clip of my 70 RR. Just stripped all of the paint and banged out all of the dents. Now working on rust repair. I need to decide if I want to send the front bumper out for re-plating or get a new one. Cost may decide that one. Also, putting a 2" lift on my Ram to get the front end leveled.

1- get enough money together to have a winter project.

2-?

BTW;my health insurance went up to $12,000.00 dollars per year, just for me!
($997.98) per mo.---. Actual cost
but now I can get , mammograms, Birth control pills, a wellness check, abortion, blood panel, all for 3,500.00 deductible!
....NO drugs covered!
I am so happy!:hello2:
Sonny

P.S , I can buy down the deductible, $18,000.00 gets me $2,500.00 deductible!

Every time I try to plan on working on my car, the extra money goes into my money pit that's called a house and the majority is in maintenance.

If everything goes right I hope to build a trans for my Coronet this winter. I've got 2 build-able cores that I'll make into one with the necessary upgrades for strength. The front drum and torque converter will be the expensive parts.
