Hold on Randy, Year One will make sure you get another chance, I still get them in the regular paper mail and i haven't ordered anything since last summer. shipping is a joke as far as prices i tried to wait and order all at one time to save but you know how that works. ill see if i can find the one they sent me but i think i tossed it, if i do have it ill make sure ya get it.

Year One have been doing that for the last 27 years that I have bought from them. I told them to cut down the package size a couple of years ago, and they did listen. Best thing I found was to call them and verbally explain that their shipping is killing the sale, so reduce the amount of plastic pillows for items that don't need them. Also don't send me a heap of catalogs for crap I don't buy and charge extra for stuff I don't need.
Seems to have worked so far. I still only deal with one particular Salesman, and no-one else.
