I don't want to get "nit picky" with you, but did you use a micrometer to measure the thickness of those rotors?
Factory service manuals say thickness of rotors is .886 - .878 and minimum thickness is .816.
Your 1 inch doesn't seem right.

Well, i finished up the dis assembly, cleaning, detailing, painting, of the 1965-72 A body, 4 piston, Kelsey Hayes, disc brake calipers, that i took in as cores, for the rebuilt pair that i sold to a member over on the A bodies site.
Now I'm just waiting on the rebuild kits to arrive from Rock...
