    Just Found this

If you do, please message me. It may be out of my budget, as I know freshly done ones are valuable, but I would love a shot at it at least.

    Thank you!

    Just Found this

Lots of them definitely seem to be eaten away by rust, the ones that aren't seem to have been hit pretty badly. Probably just my luck and timing, one day maybe I will come across a relatively clean one. Not looking for perfect, but mine is beyond repair so anything is an upgrade.

    My '66 isn't *****

When I got the Charger it was missing the horns. Did I read correctly that they are Charger specific, or can I get Coronet ones or something else that will work? I installed a new engine bay wiring harness recently and am now acutely aware of the wires that wish they had a home. Currently...

    Just Found this

Why are the rear bumpers always toast! That has been the one "unicorn" part for me haha. Good on you for grabbing it and letting it's parts live on in other vehicles. Poor thing does look beyond reasonable restoration. Also, long-shot looking at the rad support, but if the horns are present...

    Light hold switch

Currently troubleshooting my rotating headlights and this was one step I was considering. Very helpful, thank you for the pictures.

What did you do to your Mopar today?

Just finished replacing the jacked up bulkhead connecter on the Charger. PO made it worse rather than fixing it properly. Now it is fresh and repinned how it should be.

My '66 Charger Saga So Far

Thank you! I also purchased a set of wheels from a fellow forum member, once those arrive I should have another update

    Air Cleaner Help

Ohh interesting, not what I was picturing in my head. I am realizing now that I think my search results pulled up six pack style intakes as well. Maybe that is where I am getting confused.

My '66 Charger Saga So Far

Latest update is short and sweet! I officially have the freshly rebuilt 440 and 4 speed in my possession. I still need to get quite a few components to get ready for the swap, but having the big chunks taken care of feels nice. United Speed World did all of the machine work, assembly...

    Air Cleaner Help

If you could find out who made that I would be forever grateful. I don't even need fancy polished finish. I did consider just buying the top plate and filter, then maybe trying to make my own larger baseplate using the existing one I have as the center. Unfortunately, a fabricator I am not so...

    Air Cleaner Help

Should have called that out, sorry. It is going in my '66 Charger. I definitely want the single large air cleaner look for this build.

    Air Cleaner Help

Hi all! My 440 is almost complete, and I am starting to look for finishing touches. Getting this out of the way early, I am not going for factory correct, just going for an overall attractive build. I am running a dual-quad Edelbrock setup, which currently has a supremely average looking...

How did you end up doing what you do, or did, for a living?

Fell into the printing industry by accident. Was talking to someone about how I wanted to get a design job (14 years ago now) and they said they knew a company in need of a designer. Ended up liking it, but the company was not run well at all. Once of the managers got fired over something...

    Magnaflow system review

I had the same experience with the full Magnaflow system I put on my '59 Bel Air. LOTS of modification needed. Quality of the actual components was great, and it looked and sounded lovely once it was on, but was not an easy "bolt in"

    Dream car

Had a guy in a beautiful one following me on the highway the other day... in the rain haha. He did not look like he was having a great time. Daytona Coupe would be my go-to if I can't swing the GT40. Has a roof, and easy to have AC, wipers, etc. All the fun, all the sexy lines, way more...

    Dream car

I plan on visiting RCR in Michigan before making the purchase. To my understanding their setup can suit 6' tall folks like me relatively well. Thankfully I don't plan on wearing a helmet either!

My '66 Charger Saga So Far

So the secret of movie magic is going to be released a bit here haha. That 440 was purchased from the same guy I got the car from. He told me it had come from a running mud-truck, but he replaced the heads with 906s because he found a crack in the corner of the original ones. The gearbox was...

Are you close to any nuclear targets?

Well that's a relief! Lets just hope I have enough time to grab the keys and jump in the Charger so I can go out looking super cool with a mushroom cloud and blastwave chasing me. Oh and Freebird playing.

    Dream car

Actively working on my my dream. GT40 by age 40. Replica of course, aiming to build it myself. Tough call but I think I am going to go MKII. Now I just need to scrape together the $120,000 to build it and we are all set...
