    New torsion bar bolts?

I didn't see your photo when I commented. Those control arms have been boxed and you will need to enlarge the opening so the socket fits. You might be able to find a thin wall socket but they are not strong.

    New torsion bar bolts?

While we are on the subject, is there any approximation how much adjustment is produced in height? 1 turn = 1/2" or what ever. Somewhere close would be good. I spent a lot of time up and down off the creeper yesterday adjusting mine. (70 years old and 250# is a wrong combination for that) I got...

    1969 Charger armrest bases

Let's not get into that here. If you live in the US, buy from US suppliers. If they have it in stock and it was made in China there shouldn't be a tariff mark up.

    Powerglide VS Torqueflite

Ask any Glide using racer how many extras he has in his trailer. A buddy of mine has a 800+ horse wedge in his Duster with a 727. He got 1500 passes before he had an issue. He slipped in his outdated back up and was back racing for the Sunday finals.

    Distributor

Boy you seem to be having a lot of electrical issues. This is your 3'rd distributor issue and I saw 1 alternator issue. That looked like it was caused by aftermarket parts too.

Mid rise lift for a charger?

I wouldn't. Those lift on the rocker panels and aren't frame contact hoists. Not good for uni-body cars.

My new to me 64 Polara

Me too. I'm pretty pooped. Getting up and down a half dozen times adjusting the torsion bars did me in.

Has anyone moved their bucket seats back? 64 Polara

Thanks. An inch or two would make a big difference I think. Add 2" and then adjust the seat as needed. The way it is now, it is back all the way and not far enough. I think I'll give them a try.

My new to me 64 Polara

I am running out of time this afternoon so I will just post some photos of my afternoon's to do list. I installed the alternator. I posted pucs above. I got the seat belts mounted as well as the dash pad. (kind of a turd) I used plastic Christmas trees instead of those metal door panel...

Has anyone moved their bucket seats back? 64 Polara

That power seat base looks like a winner. Were the track extensions anything like these? I just started poking around to see which ones may work the best.
